Such an amazing spot in Juarez! We know Mexico City has so many beautiful apartment rentals and after hours and hours of searching (we were a little late to plan), we found this incredible new property from Mr. W. The space is huge, sparkling clean, and very well designed with a little balcony that was the final selling point for us. Juarez is such a cool neighborhood and we found many stellar cafes, restaurants, bars, and boutiques within steps of the apartment. Ana from Mr. W was super responsive and helpful via WhatsApp during check-in and check-out. Water, Nespresso capsules, and a few cans of beer were in the fridge waiting for us upon our arrival - very fun surprises! We would love to stay here again :)

Everything was perfect. If I had to nitpick, the wi-fi was a little slow in the bedroom but worked perfectly for my remote work days in the kitchen/living room.

Location, space, utilities were great: the washing machine was a key player. Multiple restaurants and convenience stores are close: Reforma 222 (shopping mall with stores and restaurants) is 4 blocks or less away.; surrounding areas were secured and multiple atractions were available. Staff was kind.

Building and room were a colder than expected - this was the first winter for the new home owner so it is ok. Ask for more blankets per room/apartment for upcoming visits and they will provide them.

Due to a scheduling issues on Booking.com it turned out that the reserved apartment was not available upon arrival. W however immediately addressed the issue and helped to arrange another apartment that was available immediately.

24/hr front desk was convenient, great location, very spacious, enough room and beds for two couples. Clean aesthetic room, great light and decor.

Very cold throughout the apartment, even with requesting and extra space heater, maybe a better rental for summer, or bring sweats and house shoes.

Clean, good location, quiet, well equipped kitchen, attention to detail, good quality beds, and línens. Location is centric to DF main attractions. Very responsive customer service.
