The location was closed to place to eat and shop

That my husband forgot something at the location and we have been trying to get ahold of the owner but she won’t respond. She was answering my text messages before we arrived and while we were there, but now no response.

Quality and cozy furniture and very comfy pillows!

The staff was very unpolite ! We will not recommend this place at all.

The property is an excellent option for someone who wants to stay in the center , not so noisy as the major issue in Mexico , safe , with the ladies guarding downstairs. Super host Ana , one of the best hospitality treats we had in Mexico ever , really helpful and available ,excellent communication and tips. The property mainly was clear , has fridge microwave , WiFi , tv washing machine - dryer . All the facilities that a house needs .

The location was perfect for us. We really enjoyed walking around this neighborhood. The reception staff was so nice and helpful. Getting here from the airport was super easy too by Uber or taxi.

No air conditioning or fans within the room, so the top floor apartment got pretty hot. The windows did not have screens so attempting to cool off with open windows risked mosquitos.

This was a very pleasant stay. I have stayed a quite a few properties in Mexico City long-term and this one has been one of my favorites. Location is great and it is well managed. Our host was very nice and attentive to whatever we needed. The security guards were nice and the cleanings were thorough. The space is nice and clean. Many places stock rentals with the cheapest products but it was stocked with quality kitchen products, nice towels/linens/bedding, and a comfortable bed.

Unfortunately, our bedroom window faced the street. This is very common problem in Mexico City but the street noises were very loud all hours of the day. This is the only fault I had about my stay.
