Good location and comfortable , people very helpful

Not cleaned at all during stay, no clean towels or bedding in 10 days.

Beautiful apartment, loads of space and really clean. Pool was great. Also great playground beside the pool, perfect for kids when they wanted a break from swimming. Restaurant and bar on site made days super relaxing. Lovely walk to town for lovely restaurants and coffee shop.

Location, food and relaxed environment

All was ok

Apartment was clean and they were super flexible with our early arrival and late check out. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. Apartment was well stocked with essentials. Would highly recommended.

Would’ve been nice to have a safe in the apartment and the local supermarket was quite a walk (especially as we had little children and didn’t have a car) so stocking up on water and milk basics wasn’t quite as easy as we would have liked.

The apartment was ideally located, a mere 5 mins from the beach. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We were fortunate to have an outdoor area to the front and back of the apartment. Overall we were very satisfied.

When we went to checkout at 10am, I asked if we could have a key card to have access to the pool as we weren't flying until 10pm. The girl at reception was most unfriendly and unhelpful and said that we wouldn't be allowed to stay by the pool. I find this totally unacceptable and a possible deterent for future visits. What harm would it be to sit by the pool until our transfer to the airport. Especially as we had already stayed for 4 nights. I didn't get this girls name, but she had 'Illuminati' tattooed on her neck! No positive asset to the complex.

Luz is lovely and the accommodation was true to the description, though we couldn't figure out the dryer. It was quiet and the shower was good.

The bedding was not great and the place wasn't prepared as well as it might have been.. For instance, the patio wasn't swept and set up. You need to bring your own soap and coffee, etc.
