Hotel Tugu Malang

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und vom Bahnhof zu Fuß in 5min erreichbar. Das Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel gleicht einem Museeum und man entdeckt immer wieder etwas neues. Sehr gutes Essen in beiden Restaurants.

Man merkt trotz des Charmes, dass das Hotel bzw die gesamte Anlage unbestritten hat, dass die Anlage / Zimmer teils etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Der Museeumscharakter ist nett allerdings wird man teilweise ganz schön erschlagen von dem ganzen Interieur. Das gleiche gilt für die Speisekarte im Hauptrestaurant, die große Auswahl ist an sich toll aber man wird davon erschlagen. Manchmal ist weniger mehr. Alles in Allem war es trotzdem ein toller Aufenthalt.

The Hotel Tutu Malang was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot of wonderful hotels. The restaurant was exceptional with offerings specific to Indonesia, but also from around the world. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful with the hotel tour being a highlight. And the actual grounds were like walking into a museum that you get to spend the night in. We absolutely loved it and hope to stay in another one of their properties another time. Absolutely recommend!!

Vriendelijkheid, accuratesse en het vermogen van het personeel om bij elk contact de toch al hoge verwachtingen te kunnen overtreffen. De snelheid waarmee oplossingen worden gevonden voor verzoeken. Locatie en uitstraling van het hotel en bijgebouwen. De kookkunsten van de chef waren fenomenaal en ongeëvenaard. Dit is puur culinair, fantastisch verbluffend. Heerlijk, schoon en verfrissend zwembad. Hotelkamer was ook grote klasse.

Het polijsten van de vloer in de Lobby vóór 10 uur 's avonds. Evenwel zaterdagavond maar toch. De logica van de elektrische installatie in de kamer voor de verlichting is verwarend en niet zo consistent als de rest van dit topproduct.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean, food very nice and facilities were great. Highly recommend if staying in Malang!

The hotel is quirky and like a museum. The breakfast and welcome massage were both amazing!

The room smelt a little damp but nothing serious.

Prachtig authentiek hotel

Hier muss ich volle 10 Punkte geben. Eine kleine Oase nach einigen Städten. Wir haben das Hotel gar nicht mehr verlassen. Waren aber auch nur eine Nacht da. Schade! Unbedingt Tea time ab 16:00 Uhr mitmachen.
