Very cozy, clean and comfy place around the city eateries, with owner Mr Askat being so accommodating we even had to return back for another night stay!

Căn hộ rộng và sạch, đầy đủ tiện nghi, chúng tôi tự lấy chìa khoá nhưng chủ nhà sẵn sàng trợ giúp bất cứ lúc nào. Ông chủ nhà đã gọi taxi ra sân bay giúp chúng tôi, ông còn theo dõi lịch trình của xe trên app để biết chắc chúng tôi đã tới sân bay.

ชอบที่พักนี้มากค่ะ ทำเลสะดวก ห้องพักตกแต่งน่ารัก สะอาด และมีอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกครบทุกอย่าง สิ่งที่ดีที่สุดคือเจ้าของที่พักและครอบครัวเป็นคนน่ารักและจริงใจมากๆ เราเจอเหตุการณ์โดนแท็กซี่โกงเงิน แต่เจ้าของที่พักช่วยเหลือติดต่อกับตำรวจจนได้เงินคืน ต้องขอขอบคุณอีกครั้งจริงๆค่ะ ประทับใจมาก แนะนำทุกคนให้มาพักที่นี่ รับรองไม่ผิดหวังแน่นอนค่ะ I really loved this place! The location is very convenient, the room is nicely decorated, clean, and equipped with everything you need. The best part is the owner and their family — they are truly kind and helpful. I once had an issue with a taxi driver who overcharged me, and the owner kindly helped me contact the police until I got my money back. I’m truly grateful for their support. Highly recommend this place to everyone — you definitely won’t be disappointed!

Прекрасная квартира. Очень доброжелательный хозяин. Помог заселиться дистанционно, оплату принял на следующий день. Очень внимательный и готовый помочь. В самой квартире очень чисто, есть все необходимое. Расположение также очень понравилось

Шикарная квартира! Все есть, чисто, отзывчивый хозяин. Отдохнули как в пятизвездочном отеле. Чуть мешал запах, возможно, после уборки, она была непосредственно перед нашим заселением. Расположение идеальное, в центре. Рекомендую!

The property was very clean, the stay was very comfortable, and the apartment was beautiful. Askat, the owner, was incredibly kind and did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. When we return to Almaty, Askat’s apartment will be the first place we try to book. If it’s available, we won’t look anywhere else. I wholeheartedly recommend Askat’s apartment to anyone reading this.

Nice place. respectful hospitality from the owner. Verey proper for families and has playing yard for kids. Near by supermarkets, coffeshops, and Arpat steat.
