I recently stayed at this apartment for 3 days and 2 nights. The price was affordable, which I appreciated, but unfortunately many of the facilities provided were not in usable condition. The television and refrigerator were both broken, and the toiletries supplied appeared to be of very basic quality. Cleanliness was average. I would rate it around 3 out of 5. The pillows clearly need to be replaced as they looked very worn, and the room had an old, musty smell which affected comfort. Additionally, I was surprised to be asked to fix the bed and empty the trash bin before checkout, especially since the cleaning service fee was already included in the payment. It felt unusual to expect guests to handle such tasks when cleaning services are part of the charges. Overall, while the apartment is budget-friendly, I believe improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and guest experience, particularly replacing worn-out items and addressing the room odor would make future stays much more comfortable and satisfactory.
