We are not fussy guests. We simply expect a clean place, especially for RM300+. Instead, we were welcomed by cockroaches, someone else’s hair on the floor, and a dirty, already-used toilet. A very interesting choice of “complimentary items” after checking in late at night, tired and hungry. We did not stay for the full 5 days and 4 nights, yet the refund offered was only RM50 for “cleaning”? barely enough for one meal for one person. Impressive generosity. What made it worse? No apology. No proper response. Just silence, as if this is completely normal. This completely ruined the start of our trip. For the price paid, this apartment is absolutely not worth it. If your idea of hospitality includes pests, leftover hair, and a used toilet, then congratulations.. you’ve mastered it. For everyone else; book elsewhere and thank yourself later.
