"This is my third time stay with kozi. But this room make me wont repeat to stay at kozi again"

Nothing i like

Access card is not functioning to scan lift, kitchen sink drainage is blocked and water came out from the floor drainage hole; the room is very smelly.

Good location & good facility

Poor managment..hidden thing not same like in details of booking.com..no wifi..no free parking..i pay RM44 just for parking..room not clean..toilet not clean..kitchen not clean..still have leftover food on the kitchen..lot of hair and dust on floor..hair on bed sheet..i wonder if they clean the bed sheet or not..staff not good..promise to clean the room and make me wait for more than one hour outside but still not show up..waste my time to enjoy the stay..
