Ye Olde Crown Hotel

Great stay close to leek for food and few drinks. Pub adjoined is lovely the staff were very helpful even though they did not manage the rooms. Only downside to the pub was it did not serve food. However a good choice of drinks and friendly manager.

No food, shower had small amount of mould

Comfortable and good sized room in an interesting old building.

There was no hot water in the morning so I had to have an ice cold shower. It was working fine the previous evening.

The room was spacious and clean. There was some noise from the pub downstairs but we knew that when we booked and it wasn’t too noisy and the pub shut at a reasonable time. We had questions and they were answered promptly. We will definitely stay again.

So many kids so much noise so many disturbances not from other guests from within the pub/house/hotel

There was no where to eat. Shop was closed sun/mon. There was no cutlery and one strip to stir coffee/tea. Bedding was dirty and handle came of door in my hand.got a food delivery eventually but cost us a fortune as it was really out of the way.

No hot water on final morning of the stay meant a very cold shower.

The spacious family room and lovely deep bath. Comfortable beds, biccies and tea.

Bit of noise from pub below. Also no one to ask about extra pillows etc.

Perfect place for close proximity to Alton Towers in a picturesque area. Friendly cafe just short walk down the road for takeaway/sit-in dinner and breakfast . Room has a modern cosy decor.
