The staff member that opened for us was not friendly, opened showed us the room then disappeared until in the morning and didn't even check or ask if we are ok

The sheets were clean as well as the bathroom

I came to the receptionist looking for staff cause the sink stopper weren't working she never came the whole time there was a lot of movement and sound of a washing machine the whole night the experience was just bad
