Pearls Sea View Luxury Studio - Self Catering

This property location is in an excellent location and is the hub of activity in Umhlanga. Extremely close to resturants and the mall to allow shopping and easy food access.

The actual unit is not as advertised and is not fully the room description : There is no dishwasher in the unit, the studio does NOT feature a barbeque, and the private bathroom in NO WAY can accommodate a bathtub in there.There is no bidet in the toilet and the promised toiletries and coffee and tea are NON existent. The actual flat does require some good old maintenance and TLC eg, broken latches in cupboards, broken cupboard door handle, an in room safe that works occasionally, broken chair on balcony, some chipped dishes in the kitchen and a hair dryer that appears to have been used and left out without being cleaned.

Cleaning was terrible , same sheets for the whole week After requesting new sheets Cleaning staff was unfriendly and rude

The apartment had a washing machine. So this was great 👍 loved the location and safety 😀

The biometrics didn't always read my finger print accurately which caused a delay in access which became annoying 🙄 as I had to try and try until it could read. This wasted lot of time and often left me stranded.

Weather was not as good as usual
