The view

The room was very smelly with smoke and the room needed some work. We didnt stay there at all for the time period we booked, we found another place to stay for those 3 nights. We kept the room keys and returned it on the departure day. We had to complete a form when we checked in on the day of arrival at the venue and was not allowed to say that we booked through bookings.com. Apparently they do not allow guest to stay shorter that 14 days and we had to lie on a form stating that we booked as business guest with the owner and NOT bookings.com. That is not the way we do things so we decided to leave and found amother place. We will never go back. We also didnt get the room what we booked on bookings.com.

I liked being close to everything.

The accommadation had broken chairs on the balcony.This made it difficult to enjoy relaxing outside. The microwave was a bit erratic and oven didn't work. They should also mention that one is also overlooking a large expanse of rooftop!. These few issues were not huge but did make a difference.

The view from the property and the location

The property is not supposed to be rented for short term however they are renting it for long term and this is an illegal move that is against the property management The owner/manager is not helpful and unreliable I guess it because of this illegal short term rental

The location was excellent for the price.

It's a self catering unit but no table and chairs to eat. No soap to wash hands
