The DSTV packages are terrible. Only SABC and soccer channels. Closet doors are broken and cant properly close.

Location, pools and malls

The apartment was not well maintained eg door handles on cupboards off, hinges of cupboards broken, bathroom tap loose, TV remote cracked , aircon water overflows on balcony floor , no rugs on floors

The close proximity of literally every thing and the exceptional sea view and calming beach sound at night !!

Everything was great! Would only reccomend fumigation and bedding to be changed at least every 3rd day especially for long stays.

The security to the hotel was excellent. You felt safe. Easy ecess to everything around you. The shops , eating houses was easy accessible. The pool area was awesome and well looked after.

Very little amenities in the room. I would expect for the rate that you pay atleast the simplest of things would be provided for. You are after all on a holiday even though self catering .Example additional towels and toilet roll. 2 ply toilet roll. W were provided the cheapest 1 ply with given 1 a day with no additional. The cushions I must admit was a bit uncomfortable. I think the most uncomfortable thing was having to walk through the pool area into the dining area. People are a clearly enjoying there meals and people from the pool area is having to pass through all of this. A designated door way or passage to the pool would have been great. In that way you not disturbing guest who enjoying there meals with the disturbance of guest from the pools.

Breakfast was very good Location is excellent Facilities very good Staff exceptional - Always pleasant New decor very nice beaches nearby very clean service outstanding
