Beachfront Getaway 2-Bedroom House with FREE Private Parking & Patio

The location was excellent and the property felt warm and inviting. Having a parking space was fantastic and the lounge was great with so much space to sit down (play for our baby).

There are a couple of little things that could’ve been better. We were only left hand towels to dry ourselves with and the response time wasn’t the quickest. We asked for a travel cot but it wasn’t obvious where this was when we arrived so we had to go hunting through cupboards etc for it. There are no curtains in the bedrooms, just blinds, so it got very light in the morning and I improvised in the room our baby was in to help him sleep. Just worth noting if travelling with little ones. Having said all this, we would definitely stay again

The location was excellent and the parking was a great bonus. The house is decorated well and all the rooms are a great size. Plenty of storage everywhere and I especially liked the book case like cubicles, so much room to put things in but also it means you don't leave anything behind. Good amount of coat hangers in the wardrobe. The appliances in the kitchen were easy to use. Lock box was easy to access.

The house could have been cleaner, there was someone's used towel in the bathroom and another one hanging on the door hook of the bedroom. Some water got on the bathroom floor and I wiped it with some toilet paper and the bathroom floor was filthy. A cotton bud under the bed, so not cleaned under there. There was a black bag in the courtyard which looked potentially like a nappy bag, but didn't go near it to check. Wardrobe doors were broken and took me a bit of fiddling to open them to access the clothes hanging area. The part of the bed sheet I was sleeping on was threadbare and torn. Inside cupboards are quite dirty and toilet not that clean either. I prefer a firmer bed. Continuous parking from dog in next door apartment disturbed our sleep quite a bit, so I resorted to ear plugs, but that's not this properties fault.

The location was absolutely brilliant and was comfortable when we were there, everything we needed was there.

Great quiet mews location with private parking, near the front between Brighton and Hove centres, easy walks to everywhere. Fab pub the Lion and Lobster 50 yards away, great food. Dog-friendly, own little yard out back. General decor fine, lovely bright, fresh and clean bedrooms with huge beds.

Could have done with cafetière or stove espresso thing (especially given the ground coffee in the cupboard!). I did message Mat on day 1 but no reply.

Perfect base for exploring Brighton. 2 minute walk to the seafront. Short walking distance to shopping centre and the lanes. Plenty of cafes, convenience stores, pubs etc very close by. Fantastic amenities in the property, real home from home.

Good location, well equipped and great size. Courtyard was nice.

Only a minor issue, kitchen had an ant issue, probably just the time of year. Neighbours car made it very difficult to access parking space
