Beachfront Getaway 2-Bedroom House with FREE Private Parking & Patio

The property was excellent, very clean, very comfortable, very well stocked in the kitchen.A great location, just a short walk from the seafront & shops and any amount of eateries. Mat is a great host, very helpful. Although the parking is tight! The fact it was a private space in a mews far exceeded anything negative! Over all it was a great couple of days. Thanks Mat

Lovely location

Arrived at check in time 3pm to a unclean place, bins hadn’t been emptied, work surfaces and floor dirty, beds stripped and duvet and pillows left in the unclean floor and unmade and had no toilet roll

Ausgezeichnete Lage. Parkplatz war ein großer Vorteil. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Gastegebern.

Die Küche und der Küchenboden.

Excellent location, easy to walk to the beachfront and Brighton Lanes and Hove, Spacious clean properly, well laid out for our group of 4 friends. Comfortable sofas and beds and nicely decorated. We didn’t use the Kitchen to cook but had everything available if we wanted to. Having parking was a bonus. Host was very helpful providing a list of recommendations for restaurants. A lovely stay, thank you!

Downstairs loo a little on small side but not really a problem.

Ottima soluzione: una casetta spaziosa su due piani, ampia cucina e soggiorno a piano terra, un patio all'esterno, il posto auto riservato davanti a casa. Al primo piano due camere matrimoniali grandi e luminose e un bel bagno. Il tutto molto pulito. Cucina completamente attrezzata. Pochi minuti a piedi dal lungomare, una passeggiata di un quarto d'ora circa per arrivare al famoso pier.

Un paio di piccoli dettagli che non impattano sulla valutazione complessiva: armadi della camera principale non pienamente utilizzabili in quanto occupati da materiale vario. Lo scarico del wc che pur funzionando alla perfezione faceva fatica a pulire bene la tazza (ma bastava insistere un paio di volte per risolvere il problema).

- super emplacement, à 300 m du front de mer - parking gratuit devant l'appartement, très appréciable vu la difficulté à se garer à Brighton ! - 2 grandes chambres avec lits king-size confortables - séjour agréable pour 4 personnes (pas au-delà, la table est petite et il n'a que 4 chaises) - grande salle de bain à l'étage - propreté des pièces et linges de maison

- contrairement au descriptif, il n' y a pas 2 salles d'eau ! Et nous avions loué cet appartement pour ça ! Il y a une grande salle de bain à l'étage avec lavabo, WC et douche/baignoire, et au rez-de chaussée, il y a un WC minuscule (85 cm x 60 cm) dans lequel on peut à peine s'installer, avec un lave-main inutilisable, car le robinet entartré projette de l'eau partout - les odeurs d'égouts qui remonte par ce WC, probablement dû à un pb avec le sani-broyeur - la crasse de la vaisselle et des verres (on a compris que seuls les locataires les lavent, pas la personne qui fait le ménage) - pas de lave-vaisselle (qui du coup serait bien utile !) - pas de cafetière - les placards sont encombrés avec divers matériels du propriétaire, donc inutilisables, et contiennent les draps et le linge de maison sale des locataires précédents (la société qui lave ce linge passe déposer le linge propre le vendredi pour la personne qui fera le ménage le samedi après le départ des locataires en cours, et récupère donc en même temps le linge sale de la semaine précédente) - on ne peut pas ouvrir la plupart des rideaux à lames car les ficelles sont cassées - la cour arrière qui pourrait être agréable si elle était nettoyée et désherbée - le chien du voisin qui est souvent seul et aboie longtemps

The setting is great - in a mews courtyard off a main road so is still very central but quiet and private. The bedrooms are beautiful and so comfortable and there is plenty of space in the living area kitchen and patio for everyone.

The only issue we had is the downstairs bathroom door was off its rail so couldn’t open and close properly but this didn’t bother us.

I booked this property for my daughter’s graduation and the location was perfect - just a 10 minute walk to the Brighton Centre and a few minutes walk from the beach. The house has a parking space (great in Brighton) and is spacious, airy, and comfortable.
