The walls are very thin. Thought the neighbours were in the house. The parking is exceptionally tight, not suitable for large cars.

Mat, the host was brilliant and instructions were very helpful and clear. Very close to beach..1min walking. Very well kept house.

The location is great, so close to the sea front and about a 20 minute walk to the pier. The house is clean, beds super comfy, and Mat was a great host who responded very quickly.

Not a dislike as such, the property was described as having two bathrooms, whereas there's one upstairs bathroom and a single loo downstairs - we may have missed this in the description so it was a bit disappointing having just the one upstairs bathroom.

Well presented and a good location to the beach an main attractions

Whilst being out to get some medicine for our youngest son. Someone unannounced from the linen company let themselves into the property whilst our youngest son was in bed whilst feeling ill. The man from the linen company entered into the bedroom where our son was trying to sleep.

What an absolute find. This house is amazing with two massive bedrooms and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Having a parking place is like gold dust in Brighton so we were amazed Everything you could possibly want was provided, including eco-friendly products in the bathroom which pleased my friend no end... Perfectly placed with the best pub 25 foot away - great food and good ambience! There's no dishwasher but we were only there for two nights and out mostly so not a problems... Would highly recommend!

Two very minor things but the wall lights didn't work in the lounge so the room was a little dark and maybe floor mats for the bathroom would be a good idea

The best bit about the property is the free parking and its location to the sea and the lanes which it is obviously trading on.

The property is however very dirty and unkept (which has been mentioned by others over two years ago , see very bottom of the reviews ) it would take a handyman and decorator a weekend to fix : The broken wardrobe doors The grouting in the bathroom Fit missing light bulbs Fix the side lights in sitting room . Having said all this the kitchen was probably the worst with a big lump in the flooring, missing handles on the cupboard doors , dented fridge freezer door and in desperate need of a repaint and steam clean. The garden was also covered in weeds and needs a good clean and tidy up .

Schöne, saubere Wohnung mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht und gutem WLAN (was in UK anscheinend nicht selbstverständlich ist). Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür

Uns haben zu den großen Duschtüchern noch kleine Handtücher gefehlt.
