Nothing it was perfect

Handy parking and shops close by. Comfortable rooms.

Kitchen is a little awkward but perfectly functional. Flooring a little jaded.

I didn't like very much at all about the property. We were sold a lie.

Cupboards crammed with articles e.g. step ladders, dirty laundry. Stains on the carpet; pieces of furniture that badly needed maintenance; dust on towel rails; badly fitting lino in the kitchen (massive ridge waiting for someone to stumble over); toilet seat falling off.

The accommodation was very clean and tidy. The furnishings were of a very good quality. I particularly liked the high ceilings, and the large spacious bedrooms. The quiet enclosed outdoor space was ideal for our dog and eating our meals outside. It was in a quiet mews, located very close to the seafront and a fairly easy walk from the railway station and to The Lanes. It was also very convenient for a short walk to the concert that we had come to see at Brighton Centre.

For me the bed was too soft - but my wife disagreed and thought it was fine.

Great location very close to the beach. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. It's well furnished with modern kitchen appliances.

Excellent location and very quiet and comfortable.

Bedside reading lights would be a useful addition.

Clean & airy.

Unfortunately one of the houses had a small dog that parked continuously throughout the first night so we barely got any sleep. Also the downstairs toilet is way too tight & small.
