L'emplacement (donnant sur la rue commerçante principale) et un 1/4 d'heure à pied de la gare centrale (pour les Cinque Terre). Petit appartement refait à neuf avec des fenêtres oscillo-battantes à double vitrage efficaces. L'ascenseur pour accéder au 4ème et dernier étage. En voiture, la place Beverini est idéale pour décharger vos affaires et ensuite nous avons opté pour le parking payant Europa Park, non surveillé mais moderne, bien entretenu et plutôt rassurant.

L'alarme d'un commerce qui a retentit une bonne partie de la nuit à intervalles réguliers. Obligation de fermer les fenêtres pour se coucher car rue commerçante.

Molto carina la casa e la posizione, appartamento molto pulito e accogliente, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione che permette di visitare le 5 terre e dal porto per prendere gli eventuali traghetti. Grazie di tutto

Mancano alcune cose per la colazione inclusa di cui si parla, ma d'altronde è difficile azzeccare i gusti di tutti.

Très bon accueil avec gentillesse et sourire. Le logement est top et bien situé pour visiter La Spezia et Les Cinque Terre . Avec la possibilité d'avoir un parking fermé. Je recommande absolument.
