Das Frühstück lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Croissants, kekse und Knäckebrot das wars. Zu wenig um als Frühstück bezeichnet zu werden.

Very good location in the heart of the historic centre. Modern and well maintained. Everything you could want for a short stay - hairdryer, kettle, water provided, tv, plentiful towels, a small washing machine with detergent provided, olive oil, tea, coffee etc….and fantastic air conditioning which works like a dream! The property is safe - one key to get into the entrance of the block then another for the lift and a key card for the flat. Breakfast consists of packaged brioche and biscuits with coffee/Nescafé and a selection of teas. We bought our own fruit, yogurt and milk. Lovely clean modern bathroom with a great shower. There are soap and shampoo sachets plus shower gel which is a lovely touch. There are lots of plugs and the Wi fi works well. There are also leaflets about things you can do in the area. We didn’t cook while we were here as we were out all day visiting cinque terre and then ate out in the evening. There are so many excellent restaurants around the area and the prices are generally reasonable. This is an excellent base as it’s about 20 minutes walk from the station early you’ll- so good access to regional trains to cinque terre and about ten minutes from the port so you can take a boat trip to Portovenere and other lovely places! To sum up, we had a fabulous stay in the “nest in the roofs” and look forward to returning in the future.
