Un petit appartement au quatrième étage (avec ascenseur) d’un immeuble ancien du centre de La Spezia. Facile d’accès depuis la gare (15mns à pieds). Une grande chambre complétée par une cuisine qui permet de préparer le petit déjeuner et réchauffer votre dîner si vous en en avez assez des restaurants. Équipement complet (sauf le grille pain 🤨), pas de lave vaisselle mais un lave linge ce qui est très pratique. À deux pas du marché quotidien, des commerces, du port et de nombreux restaurants. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique par le propriétaire. Une excellente adresse.

Smještaj je super uređen i na izvanrednoj lokaciji. Domaćin je ekstra ljubazan, u smještaju je ostavljeno sve što vam treba i više od toga - od grickalica, kava, slatkiša pa nadalje. Smještaj je iznimno uredan i čist.

Jedini minus dajemo jako kasnom check-inu i dosta udaljenom parkingu od samog smještaja.

Lokacija je odlična, v središču mesta in blizu železniške postaje, kjer dostopate do vlakov, ki hitro pripeljejo do Cinque Terre. Prijazen Vittorio, ki je uredil garažo za avto in pomagal z nasveti.

El apartamento muy confortable y buena ubicacion

Bra läge precis vid huvudgatan och lätt att gå till stationen (bra boende om man ska vandra i cinque terre). Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam värd. Ren och bra lägenhet med allt man behöver.

I liked the apartment as well as the location. Very clean, smelled very nice. Very comfortable beds, big bathroom. The Host was overall pretty responsive and nice.

In my opinion "breakfast included" is a stretch. There were some crackers, biscuits, jam and nutella, tea and coffee. Maybe I am spoiled or had too high expectations. I was not necessarily expecting expecting a buffet, but it felt a bit short.

O espaço do Vittorio é muito confortável, limpo, aconchegante e super bem localizado, no centro de La Spezia! O Vittorio é super simpático e gentil! Adoramos o espaço e recomemdamos muito!
