Booking restaurants and constant pressure for tips. Concierge should be helping and supporting your stay and purely focus on up selling.

"We come back every year due to the amazing staff"

We had the best time! My husband and I brought both sets of our parents for Christmas and then we stayed an extra week for New Years. The service of the staff at this hotel is incredible. Leo was a great bellman assisting with luggage, Alfonso was our favorite golf cart driver - making sure we got where we needed safely while showing us the wildlife. Isaac and Clemente were perfect bartenders at the casita pool, making sure we were always refreshed and chatting with us. Alfredo always made us feel welcome at Cabana pizza place and his partner Geramo. Miguel and Jairo did an amazing job at the Italian restaurant - so well we came back twice more and booked the wine room for a chefs dinner on New Year’s Eve! Memo prepared our chefs dinner and it was excellent! He is so passionate about what he does and it shows. We can’t wait to go back!

Spread out and intimate property. Staff is always very helpful and always beautifully maintained. My 4th time at this resort.

Would be nice if they got rid of the loveseats, and Guacamaya went back to the old tables they used to have better for mingling.

That the 3 resorts were separated. Could not use all the facilities. The map was not very helpful. Difficult to find restaurants on the map. App didn’t give locations either.
