I loved the room we were in it was directly by the pool and in the corner on its own not attached to another room The security guy was very friendly

When chatting on the WhatsApp line to check the person took long to reply I had to call to get a reply and the security guy also kept calling because no one was replying.

"Unfortunate stay due to subpar room conditions."

I was disappointed with the accommodation.When I asked for the gate remote,I was told to collect it from the office,which was quite far.The room had strong,unpleasant odour particularly in the bathroom,and the shower had very low water pressure making it hard to get a decent wash.

The neighbours were very noisy, the location is not safe at all, there was no hot water to shower with, the hot water lasted for like 5mins then it was would turn cold. The bedding was not clean.
