The location was Kind of scary

Pathetic Service- room wasn't ready by check in time. Had to go to the main hotel to get assistance and the guy at the desk was also very unhelpful.

No breakfast served. Great location. Close to everything you need

Bad communication, had to call the office dozens of time to get help was not helped still.Couldn’t get check in instructions in time even after I submitted documents and filled forms early. Couldn’t get access to the premises for some time.Got locked out of the gate couple of times. Bly lucky at nights Papi was there to open when we called. Room not as advertised

When you wanna enter the premises you have to shout and hope that someone heard you so they can open for you. The button at the gate doesn’t work. The pool is not clean. There’s a lot of wrong things there. But if u are in an emergency then that place is not that bad for that situation.
