The cleaning lady

Place was not what was shown on the picture in terms of the pool and rooms and the neighborhood was very sketchy…never felt safe at all. The WiFi wasn’t working for half of our stay and almost missed our flights back home because I could request for a uber. The water kept running out whilst bathing every now and then. And there’s always people outside your window smoking weed till the late hours of the night literally almost everyday. No Air conditioning. No shower door floor is always a pool after bathing. Upon arrival you have to go to another location/office to check-in and that time the neighborhood isn’t safe and we were just outside confused and could have been robbed several times. The lady/receptionist on call was utterly rude when asking for assistance. To open the gate you always need airtime because you have to call for the gate to open which is in poor taste in my opinion.

Clean room, lovely private space with a nice backyard seating area and a pool. It was quiet, comfortable and had a little sink built in too, everything we needed was in the room.

The pillows were too hard for my liking. The TV remote wasn't connecting to the TV The seating at the foot of the bed had very noticeable stains

i liked the fact that there was a braai area and it was very open.

NO WIFI, POOL WAS SMALL, BED WAS ROCK HARD (still had a good time though 🤭), COULDNT LEAVE THE FACILITY WITHOUT BEING LOCKED OUT!!! pls fix
