CHAppartement calme un petit peu éloigné du centre. Il es propre moderne et possède tout le nécessaire. Literie confortable.
Au niveau checking c'est pas top voir stressant, marqué que les informations sont transmises 48h00 avant, après on m'a dit 24h00 et pour finir 1h00 a l'avance. Pourquoi ne pas le dire dans les indications ? J'avais même commencé à chercher un autre hôtel. La plupart du temps les messages restent sans réponses, pour la première fois j'ai dû faire appel à l'aide de booking. Les questions restent sans réponses comme par exemple concernant le Wi-Fi je ne saurais jamais si il y en a un. Donc le point négatif la communication.

No funcionaba el mando del garaje cuando pagamos un suplemento por él y no nos dieron solución… a pesar de decirnos q al día siguiente contactarían para verlo Con mantenimiento.
