close to the property we found a very few good places to eat. And also Palácio de Cristal was one of the best views overall.

distance from the city center, no services around, like supermarkets… very noisy the fridge very noisy the bathroom dirty amenities - like kettle, toaster, dishes, bed linen, and super rude staff in case you need to solve a problem

The location was great and the unit was clean and very comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. There was a situation where the (cleaner I think?) had put the wrong keys in the lockbox and the host had the correct keys sent over in an Uber. I really enjoyed my stay here. Also, the host had sent me a video that showed the entire check-in process into the building and unit, which was very helpful and appreciated.

Impeccably clean. New and well maintained appliances. The space is well organized and ample light comes through large windows. Full self check in and check out procedure.

Hospitality staff could have been a bit more responsive and maybe a bit better versed in English. Location is good if you like walking.but ultimately not that central as it may initially appear.

Nice and quiet location. Everything was in walkable distance.

The bad was a little bit tired.

Bad communication with the property manager. They had some random person communicate with me through WhatsApp eventhough I wasn't comfortable with that and told them. Lack of supplies like coffee pods.

It was hard to check in. TV didn't work. No instructions for the washing machine.
