ESThe location is in a residential neighborhood, making it much quieter but it is still close to the city center (15min on foot). The apartment is small but very well equipped (washing machine / dryer, dishwasher, hair dryer, all that's necessary for ironing). The apartment is brand new and there were even motorized blinds! Staff is really helpful and you can always communicate with them on WhatsApp.
Apparently there are apartments on the street side and on the garden side.. If you really want absolute silence and quiet, maybe try to ask for the garden/internal side. Some resources (toilet paper, napkins, towels) were underestimated for two people for 5 nights. Still, the price was quite a bargain.
