Booking.com gave me a wrong access code for the key. The pub wasn't open on the day we were there.

Intolerably noisy. Heavy thudding music at 1am in the morning. Expected usual pub noise.. no objection to that.. but not at 1am in the morning. Walls between accommodation and pub paper thin. Owner texted that this sort of noise was to be expected. He said my complaint about thudding music at 1am was unreasonable. You need to warn potential customers.
