Kitchen was cold, could hear conversations of people in the pub next-door, shower leaked through ceiling onto kitchen table downstairs which soaked items placed there...not so good
GBMy third stay here! Beautiful cottage with everything you could possibly need, including coffee machine, very quiet, comfortable, friendly host, My dog Milllie stayed for no extra charge.
I wish I could stay longer!
GBBest place on our holiday, delightful to look at and stay in, so comfy, owners went the extra mile, milk, orange juice, coffee, teabags and cereal left for us, plenty of info on local walks and attractions, maps etc. wish we had known about this place at the start of our break and we would’ve based ourselves here instead of using different properties in the area.
Nothing to dislike
GBIt is a beautifully converted little cottage, retaining some lovely period features whilst feeling fresh and modern. The little touches like milk in the fridge, tea bags, coffee and cereal were really appreciated. We LOVED the coffee machine. The TV is massive - my husband was delighted to watch the Grand Prix on what is basically a cinema screen. Everything felt clean, comfy and cosy. The view is gorgeous. The pub looks amazing too but we sadly couldn't dine this time as we are musicians and were working all day / night at a wedding nearby. We will definitely return for a little break again soon though. We were very sad to leave in the morning.
GBLovely Cottage , our second stay , very comfy bed , exceptional food from the pub next door , delivered to the Cottage table. If we are up that way again, we will definitely stay .
