Georgetown Tropicana 218 Apartment

We don't like the parking space given at level 9. It's very scary for first timers to climb up with big SUVs.

This homestay is ideally located just minutes away from popular attractions.

Cleanliness issue need to be fix. There are many ants every where in the house and many webs, seems the cleaner doesn't do her job well. There is also water leakage in the bathroom makes the whole bathroom wet with dirty water.

Only the location is good, convenient and near to food places and also walking distance to Georgetown.

The room is not like the photos at all, cleanliness…..not top notch clean but still not what i expected. When we checked in, the toilet was wet! It was like someone just took a shower. And when i complained, I was told it was supposed to be like that 🤦🏻‍♀️ At least mop it dry and the lourve door was dusty.

The area was good, the facilities were good.

The mattresses should have been more hygienic and clean, there were stains. Bathroom was not clean too, was so wet even we entered.

The location was great as it was close to the malls, restaurants, makmaks, kopitams, and more. There were also many shops under the complex and it had a laundromat in the building. It was very spacious and clean, with two large bathrooms and a nice living room. The view was also very nice.

The admin had to relocate us to a different accommodation for the first night due to a water leak in the original apartment booked. Luckily, I was able to get another apartment for the other nights. However, there were concerns over the air conditioner leaking (which luckily got resolved quickly thanks to the host) and the washing machine was broken.
