The place wasn't clean at all. Plaster bagworms all over the place. Furniture and facilities wasn't in good condition. We felt itchy after entering the room.

"Disaster stay at Tropicana 218"

Nothing. Prefer block B.

The unit dirty, sink broken, air cond leaking, no shampoo, no body wash, toilet paper poor quality, bed sheet n bed spread like not being changed, itchy. Hv to use shawl to sleerp on it. Shower holder broken, no floor towel in toilet. No water filter, water yellowish. Total disaster.

The beds are too hard. The mattresses are too thin. Not enough washing and bathing toiletries. Towels are too small and rough.

Asking Deposit after booked. There’s no guideline such as late check out after 11am per hour will deduct RM50 from RM200 deposit money. This like a scam!

Convenient, especially we bring 1 kids and 1 small baby

Unfortunately the washing machine is not functioning's, so can’t wash baby’s clothes in the homestay.
