Georgetown Tropicana 218 Apartment

The location is quite central

The unit was quite run down, not maintained very well. The top of fridge was very dusty. Lift was very slow. Some remote controls of fan and air conditioning ran out of batteries. The aircond in one room had water leaking.

We were very disappointed. Despite being conveniently located just minutes away from the hawker center, Catholic Church Lady of Sorrows, and Loh Guan Lay Hospital, the stay was far from pleasant. The property itself offers some great amenities like a gym, lap pool, walking garden, stationed security guard post, and a Grab stand, but these couldn't make up for the numerous issues. 2 rooms apt . Master room 1 queen size bed with attached bathroom & the second room with 2 queen size beds with attached bathroom . The rooms a bit cramped up .

It was a disappointing experience. The cleanliness was subpar, with both bathroom sinks clogged and dirty floors throughout the property. There were no proper amenities provided, such as sufficient dishwasher soap and enough toilet paper, clean towels . Additionally, the air conditioning remotes were broken, making it difficult to adjust the temperature. Overall, the lack of attention to detail and maintenance made for an uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend this property.

Tinny house, Parking lvl 10 very dizzy to go parking. Room dusty , aircond leaking . Fan noisy .. washing machine cnt use ! Dunno why can rent for ppl like this room . really disappointed.

Got a message on WhatsApp a week before with the instructions to get into the apartment which was helpful. Apartment was nice and spacious along with 2 bathrooms which always helps when you take children with you. Fan and air con available which you can put on timer. Decent view of Georgetown and close to the action of downtown. 20 mins walk to Armenian street where the street art is. Pool was nice.

Not enough pillows and only had 2 coat hangers. Washing was helpful but no where to dry the clothes.
