I had a wonderful stay in Catania! The apartment was amazing – very clean, full of character, and had a great atmosphere. Fabio was incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist. The location was perfect, close to everything. I truly recommend this place!

Everything. The conformity, the location,the hospitality the amenities. The owner left almost everything you need: extra towels, beach towels, umbrellas (both beach and rain) and many more things you cannot bring in you carry-on luggage. The flat is spacious, with two air conditioners. Fully equipped kitchen (forever grateful for the coffee 🙏). A bakery is located next to the building, a supermarket, pharmacy etc. Fabio was just extraordinary helpful. A cherry on top. Great value for the money.

No elevator. I understand that is an old building and it is what it is, but this is the only thing i didn’t enjoy.

The apartmant was very nice and cozy! We liked that it’s very bright and also clean.

the only thing i like about this apartment is that was an air conditioner available…

To begin with…The area is dodge and is extremely expensive for what you will get (better stay in a Hotel)…apartment is on 3rd floor AND is not suitable if you have kids…o have more to complain about ,but i hope you i don’t need to say more

The design of the space was lovely but my spouse thought it was dirty, we were let in early and were thankful for that, there was one bottle of provided water (although our host told us there should have been two) as well as oil, vinegar, and salt. The balcony was nice but very dirty, which is the cause of the city not the host.

Wifi did NOT work, they did not provide the necessities promised (toilet paper) and when asked for more the host rudely said he was "embarrassed to talk to a girl about it" and refused us for a 3+ day stay, there was NO AC I repeat NO AC instead he gave us two fans in 90+ degree weather on a top floor, it was extremely loud and you will not sleep on the uncomfortable bed, there were massive cockroaches in the bathroom, the host was extremely rude and creepy as he took photos of my spouse and me entering and leaving the apartment and then SENT THEM TO US, the shower did not work properly and did not drain, there were many stairs to climb (so if you have larger luggage be cautious, we had backpacks so were fine but it did get annoying) and to leave the apartment you had to unlock and use your whole force to open the door, which is insanely dangerous in case of an emergency (I am a strong woman and could not open it alone). Stay somewhere else that is much nicer, with breakfast, for the same price! Don't fall for this scam like we did!!! I have stayed in hundreds of Bookings and have never felt so disrespected.

Cozy place. Location very convenient, close to key places of interest and transport hubs. The street is "very much local". The host is communicative and helpful.
