Casa Egru' Centro Citta' Pescheria

Casa Egru made our holiday in Catania just perfect. Location, about 10 minutes walk to the center, huge bedroom, compfy living room and kitchen with items you need for simple food to be cooked. Only thing to consider is going up to the 3rd floor. We managed it with 2 little kids and pram😄. There is great pastry shop just next door. Grocery shop and the shop with meet and fruit/vegetable just opposite the building. The owner is lovely person. Nice, responsive and always ready to help. You can not ask for more. Fabio, once again GRAZIE MILLE for your help. You are added value to this property

The host was very responsive. There are some little gems in the area (coffee bars, pasticerias, ets).

The apartment is very comfortable, situated in a really authentic part of Catania, so it's easy to blend in the Sicilian culture. In the neighbourhood there are many amenities, for example Il Capriccio (very tasty pizza) or Lanzafame Bar (just downstairs in the same building, fabulous cakes and beautiful smell that we could enjoy as it flew to the apartament). The host was extremely helpful in everything (thanks a lot Fabio 😊). The apartament is only a few steps from the historical centre of Catania, as well as the fish market. It's also only thirty minutes walk from the nearest beach. There is a pleasent balcony where you can sit for hours, enjoying Catania's city life. The apartament is for sure a place with a soul ❤️

We stayed for 6 days from 20th to 26th July, most of the historical places are in the vicinity of the property. Bus stand Borsellino is just 10 minutes walk from the property from where playa beach is just 5 minutes drive by bus. Lot of shops are downstairs, you can buy all the food stuffs. Owner is very helpful and give quick response when you ask something.

Apartment is on 3rd floor so it was a bit warm.
