GBVery handy for walks along the beech, there is also a nice restaurant directly opp the front door to the venue. Plenty of places to go out for a bite to eat or a drink.
I have a decent time, unfortunately there was thick fog along the coast.. something I am well aware was out of the control of the vendor. It was glorious sunshine all the way to Hasting and then Fog as soon as we got tot he town centre.

The bathroom- one had broken toilet so not functional. Tissue paper roll was over in many of the bathrooms.
GBIt's only one thing about this place: its location, that's all, and nothing more .You open the door and you in old town.

The property smelled of damp and the carpets and furnishings were dirty. The white doors had brown stains on them. We were told we had been allocated Room 5 which was locked but with no key barrel inside the handle. We rang the landlord and complained but he was difficult to understand and said he would offer a refund which hasn’t happened. An extremely unwelcoming and dirty, unsanitary environment. We left immediately as it was the worst hotel we’ve ever booked.

Shared toilet disgustingly kept, strong odour of weed in the room, the bed was broken and obliquely the Host refused to refund the amount. We literally stayed 10 minutes and we left.
