Perfect for our need... an overnight stay close to Lancaster station. Clean bathroom, good shower. Effective fan.

I didnt realise how noisy the trains would be, but we were so tired we fell asleep and slept well anywat

Ideal location, lovely little guest house, couldn’t really ask for better value for money, off road parking and friendly gentleman who we assumed was the manager (chatted to him watering the plants) we will be back!

No lift or air conditioning

Value for money. A little dated, but completely functional. Good location. A lot of thought put into what is available to use at accommodation. Comfy bed.

Asked a time sensitive question about leaving luggage at accommodation after check out, but didn't get a reply about it until next day after check out so by then the information was not useful.

It’s a clean, comfortable room across the road from the train station and within 5 minutes walk of numerous greet dining spots.

Convenient and cozy guest house close to Lancaster Train Station. Easy self access. Decent room with the most needed necessities. If you’re okay with a very low key and homely feeling. This is your go to place. Short walk to Lancaster Castle and the city center for shops and restaurants.

Very close to the train station. Convenient for arriving and departing. But quite a lot of noise coming from the station - trains arriving/departing etc. During the night big and noisy cargo trains woke me up a good amount of times. Ear plugs definitely needed for sleeping. Especially in summer time with windows open.

A heatwave struck with our visit, a large fan would have been wonderful!

A clean, comfortable studio which had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Communication was excellent and it was as described. Thanks
