Accommodation and location lovely

The Heating/hot water wasn't working. We couldn't warm up or take a shower. The communication with the property management company wasn't great they ignored a lot of the messages/emails I sent. It took a while to get the deposit refunded.

The apartment was so nice and clean.

The whole road was closed due to a building being torn down right outside the property. We were awoke on Saturday morning at 8am with the noise.

Bright spacious apartment with comfortable bed and good sized living room. Easy access via lock box. Small supermarket and good restaurants around the corner. Accessible by rail - station Belfast City Hospital

Location: the “city side” can be off putting with lots of rubbish and the odd junkie shouting. They leave you alone though. The other side (exit the property turn right) is very much better - some very good restaurants. Not an issue for us but very little in the kitchen if one wanted to self cater. Beware the deposit issue. On this site it says it will be taken by credit card which is fine but once booked you get emails looking for a bank transfer - very inconvenient and can be prohibitively expensive if paying in Euro. In our case a phone call sorted it out. Small point but they could make more of the small back yard (accessible via a patio door from the bedroom) - it’s a sun trap but currently just full of cigarette butts. Wouldn’t take much to make it attractive.

Only stayed one night.

We liked how clean and functional the property was. The location was also perfect. Walking distance to numerous restaurants/pubs and botanical gardens.

The check out time was a bit too early. Even 1 hour later would have been fine. 10AM was a bit too early we thought.
