Modern 1 BDR City apartments by Belfast City Breaks

It was clean and tidy.

On a student road. Very dirty outside on the street. The sound on the tv did not work. The WiFi did also not work.

Excellent Apartment. Very clean and spacious, great communication with the host.There were also snacks left out for us. The bed was very comfortable. Very central location. Would definitely recommend.

Location is great for Belfast and easy to reach most places by foot, train station is a short walk away. Clear instructions and communication from rental company, compact and clean apartment.

There is building work going on directly across the road so very noisy, upstairs sounds like a herd of Elephants were let loose and lack of cutlery to eat with (1 fork). The apartment is definitely not sound proofed like advertised. If you are just looking a base to sleep and not spend much time in then will be great.

Location, cleanliness, communication with host.. would definitely recommend 👌

Nothing it was exactly what we needed

It was very clean and comfortable for our short stay. The manager was very accommodating to our check out request. Couldn’t have been more helpful.

Nothing to dislike.

The bathroom was nice and clean, the heating was great and easy to use, nice snacks were left for us and it was in a good location

There could’ve been equipment to clean dishes and plates and the decorations seemed a little bare (e.g no area rug in front of the sofa).

Great location, nice & comfy enough apartment.

We couldn’t log on to either WiFi address that we were given, so gave up - not a massive issue as we only stayed for 3 nights. Some basics missing, like only 1 breakfast bowl
