Modern 1 BDR City apartments by Belfast City Breaks

Central location so close to everything. The hosts were very helpful

No parking outside Location

Great location near all amenities. Crisps and water there upon arrival. Comfy bed.

Lock box in an unsafe position. View of a building site from sitting room. Kettle didnt work properly. Had to place an object on power switch to keep it on. No parking. Had to use hospital car park. Public parking app doesnt recognise non northern regs.

The apartment was perfect until the water went

A water mains in the area burst, which is obviously not the fault of Belfast City Breaks. I had no idea what was going on and I sent messages through the app and an email. No response for 4 hours. Terrible service.

The location

The place was not clean.. there was skid marks on the toilet and finger prints all over the cupboards and dust on kettle and appliances found a pill on the floor so I don't think it was hoovered before arrival. Towels had make up stains on them. Oven had a dirty pan in it

There are several different apartment types so double check what your apartment actually has. The apartment we were given was very nice. But there was no dining table or chairs, no pots pans microwave or toaster. When I brought this to the attention of the host, we were moved apartments. The 2nd apartment had full facilities but it was a hassle to have to move for a weekend break.

That the 1st apartment was not as described. If you don't want to eat there then it was fine.
