Grand Pioneers Halong Bay Cruise 1

Beautiful and luxurious yacht! It is a splurge but they pack your day with activities and so much food! We enjoyed our time and had a wonderful experience onboard. Staff are friendly and the activities were well organized.

The expectations for a 2day 1 night cruise was normal, when we went on the cruise we were blown away by the amenities, the service, the spacious rooms and cuisine options. I would definitely recommend to any friends or family going forward.

Everything, staff, location, facilities.. All fantastic.

Don't rely on the WiFi, but if your there for that then maybe you shouldn't be here.. 🤔 Worst thing about our trip was having to leave...

룸 컨디션과 식사 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 직원들도 모두 친절했고 매 끼니마다 나오는 음식들도 다 맛있었습니다.

1. 객실 방향 : 예약 시에 객실 등급만 선택이 가능했고 저희는 나름 상위 객실인 이그제큐티브 스위트룸을 선택했습니다. 방 크기와 시설은 정말 좋았는데 방의 위치 선택을 못한다는 게 너무 큰 단점입니다. 하롱베이에서 크루즈를 타는 이유는 석양과 일출을 보기 위함인데 저희 방은 일몰의 반대 방향이라 갑판에 올라가서 일몰을 봤고 아침에 일출은 보겠구나 했는데 아침 되니 배가 방향을 180도 틀어서 결국 또 갑판 위로 올라가서 일출을 봤습니다. 2. 식당 내 컵 파손에 대한 청구 : 뷔페 식당이라 유리컵들이 2단으로 쌓여 있었는데 컵을 집던 도중 쓰러져 컵 하나가 깨졌습니다. 다른 사람들이 다치지 않게 바로 직원에게 알려 치워달라고 요청했는데 저한테 컵 파손에 대한 인보이스 청구를 했습니다. 한국 돈으로 5천원 정도였는데 1박에 한국 돈 72만원에 달하는 방을 2방이나 잡고 여행하는 저희 가족에게 고의로 파손하지도 않은 유리컵에 대한 인보이스 청구는 그동안의 좋았던 모든 기억들을 한순간에 실망감으로 바꿔놓았습니다.

Amazing stay!!! Very clean! Food grate! Lots of sea food but they will accommodate you with anything! You dont have time to be bored!tours are amazing!!! Everything was amazing!!!!

Beautiful boat and very friendly staff. The rooms were nice and the pool was warm enough that we could enjoy it even in the rain.

We didn't sleep well as it was very noisy in the room at night due to a constant hum and vibration from the engine/generator. We were in room 101 which is closest to the engine room so other rooms are probably better. The activities (cave visit and kajak) were very busy, but I suppose that's everywhere in Ha Long Bay.

Everything was well organized from the start. Staff was professional and spoke good English. The cruise was big, rooms were classy, and overall experience was very good. The gym was surprisingly spacious, even bigger than some hotels I’ve seen. They offered some activities, limited but understandable for this kind of cruise.

Service was slow at times and not well coordinated between tables. We had to ask to get served, which I wouldn’t expect from Grand Pioneers. No one was at the bar at night, which killed the mood a bit, and there’s really nothing else to do after 9 pm besides squid fishing.
