Very luxurious cruise at Halong Bay, unforgettable landscape experience, suberb and plenty modern european and vietnamese food, fantastic and caring service, for example organizing the whole timetable for 2D1N and our drop-off in Hanoi with a luxurious limousine afterwards. On the ship DUYEN (ANITA) took care of us at all the mealtimes with heart-warming and detailed conversations, felt like home! Thank you so much Grand Pioneers team and Duyen, we'll never forget this! Take care and kind regards ^_^

Everything was PERFECT, nothing to complain. Our expectations were exceeded by far, would do it anytime again!

Overall everything, from the staff who was very kind to the facilities who were very good and well functioning, location, food and day trips.

The only thing to be improved is the portions of the food at dinner that were a bit small, and the choice at breakfast, nothing besides a couple of dishes.

"Best boat on Ha Long Bay"

The boat is amazing, so clean with modern facilities. The food is delicious, breakfast and lunch buffet with all you can eat and also set menu for dinner was great. Our waitress Lily was lovely - she was so friendly and welcoming.
