Butas modernus, suremontuotas ir švarus. Geras kainos/kokybės santykis. Švari ir patogi bendra virtuvė, radome visko ko reikėjo. Yra didelė nemokama parkavimo aikštelė netoliese.

Buvom keturiese, tačiau dviaukštės lovos antrame aukšte nebuvo įmanoma ir saugu dukrai miegoti, nes jis pasviręs, nestabilus ir be apsauginės tvorelės. Dėl to privalėjome miegoti tryse dvigulėje lovoje, kas nebuvo labai patogu.
