Lokalizacja słaba. Brak podstawowych sprzętów w kuchni. Kuchnia wspólna dla 3 pokoi, nie było o tym informacji. W pokoju łóżko pietrowe górne dla dzieci pod kątem 120 stopni, wyrwane zabezpieczenie, więc nikt nie da rady tam spać. Totalna olewka zero informacji od właścicieli. Ściągnęliśmy materac na ziemię aby 4 osoba mogła spać.

We spent one night here on our way to the ferry in Livorno. The room was beautiful and modern, with a nice shared kitchen.

We arrived just before 10 PM and were unpleasantly surprised to find out that the staff was only available until 9, even though check-in is possible until 10. We were able to check in remotely after sending our IDs by email, but I didn’t feel comfortable with that.

nice and very clean house

missing wine opener and espresso cups ;-) there are 3 rooms where potentially can be 3 different groups, in this case, shared kitchen is not equipped enough (dishes, table, chairs)
