B&B La Coccinella

Location is good if you travel by Car, Parking is close by. We could reach Pisa and surrounding Cities via the main roads withing 30 minutes. Good aircondition in room and also in the central area. The central area has pantry coffea machine + cups, fridge. The house is very recently re-decorated.

The breakfast is italian style. just coffea and prepaged sweet dough product. We could hear the people arriving leaving the adjacent room, this was more apperant because it was late at night / early in the morning.

Kitchen sharing with other guests was uncomfortable.

Newly renovated apartments, common kitchen for 3 rooms, perfect price, free parking nearby. Thank you for free bread.

Additional table and chairs in room would be nice. Please put some carpet inside kitchen before doors, otherwise we managed to spoil the floor.

We booked here for our last night as fairly close to the airport and we had a mid morning flight. It was a very nice house and room with a lovely shared kitchen. We never met the owners as we had to retrieve the keys from a keysafe but it worked well and it was a great stay and good facilities. Highly recommend.

Initially went to the wrong place as another place with almost identical name on Google Maps in Pisa. After a few minutes on the phone to the owners all was resolved. The only slight issue was we couldn't drive very close to the house even to unload. A neighbour has put up no entry bollards and when I enquired pointed me to a car park 100m away. There were some flats there which weren't bad but not posh and I was a little apprehensive but we had no issues at all. Highly recommend.
