Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt. Die Lage der Wohnung war hervorragend – zentral gelegen und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt, und alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur. Diese war jederzeit freundlich, professionell und unkompliziert. Alle Informationen wurden rechtzeitig bereitgestellt, und bei Fragen erhielten wir sofort eine hilfreiche Antwort. Insgesamt hat einfach alles perfekt gepasst. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

Great location and very easy access

Smart TV needs updating, a little slow and old/cheap but Como night life much more interesting so not an issue until you are so tired from having too much fun...

Convenient Location, spacious, modern fit out, good view over the historic streets, loads of natural light.

The check in process was a bit cumbersome. We had to do all of the administrative work around providing passport details etc and this meant more messages than usual had to be exchanged. The automated check in system was inefficient and at one stage did not provide a necessary link which caused us some confusion. The contact person was sympathetic and did provide the support we needed but it was a little frustrating prior to that.

Purchasing ferry tickets to Bellagio..

The flat is spacious, clean, and stylish. Up a lovely street. Minutes walk from the supermarket, restaurants, etc. Kitchen facilities ideal, lovely bathroom, comfy bed. Washing machine was great, use of clothes airer etc.
