Lake Holiday Como by Rent All Como

Well appointed and very comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay. A great location with easy access to the lake, ferries, train and restaurants.

The only downside was that it was noisy. You can hear people on the street below, often very late which makes sleeping a bit of challenge at times.

The flooring needs to be fixed, because we both tripped a few times and couple times almost took my toenails out in the bathroom.

Close to town

Was a little noisy at night from people in the streets. Very light at 5am probably needed black out blinds to keep the light out.

We had a great stay at Lake Holliday Como. The location is perfect in the historic area of Como as well as close to restaurants and the lake. The apartment is spotless, comfortable beds, tastefully decorated and very comfortable in general. Keyhandling was smooth and hassle-free and staff was really quick in responding while help was needed or just to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a great experience. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing and great experience in Como.

The apartment is very spacious airy and bright. It is very comfortable and It is centrally located in the town. It is surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops, yet it is quite private and quiet. It is an excellent base from which to enjoy Como and surrounds. We also had a minor technical issue which was quickly rectified.

Household supplies are on the meagre side, in our case for a five day stay, for example: two toilet rolls, no spare bin liners, one tea towel. I have no problem with buying extra, but this requires buying in quantities way in excess of requirements and having to leave what is not used, hopefully for following tenants to enjoy. Although there was no evidence of this in our case, so I can only suppose that our predecessors were better logistic managers! I was also surprised at having to ask for wine glasses!

In a great location but the AC or moisture causes pumps to go on right on top of bed and at the door, making a buzzing noise that can be very disturbing at night.

We couldn’t sleep for one night because of it - pump goes on every 10-15 min throughout the night. The second night it was raining and the pump was still on but less frequent. Also there are garbage trucks collecting garbage very loudly at night - 3 am and 5 am, where you can hear 10-15 houses and nearby restaurants’ bottles being picked up and thrown into the garbage truck, very noisy

Exceptional location, beautiful, spacious and beautifully decorated flat. We enjoyed every bit of it, communications with the host was super easy and fast, the place is perfectly clean and quiet at night which made our stay super comfortable. We definitely will be back!

Nothing, this was really one of the top places we have stayed at.
