It’s a pub, what’s not to like

Nothing, everything was great

Excellent accommodation right in the centre of Emsworth and close to the mill pond.

Good food. Great room very comfortable

No parking and staff not helpful with offering options

Needed draw space in the bedroom

The room and decor, location, breakfast, friendly staff.

The water wasn't working on arrival so couldn't have a bath.

What a gorgeous little rooms above pub place. Beautiful location, friendly and very helpful staff, room was small but perfectly formed. Tiny niggle if I had to was water pressure in the shower and taps in morning was very low but really nothing would put me off returning. Excellent little find for quick travel to Goodwood.

The Inn is in a great location as were attending Goodwood Festival of Speed and the room was decorated beautifully to capture being close to the water. Very friendly, welcoming staff.

We had no running water to start, then very minimal water pressure so we were unable to freshen up after a long journey during a heatwave. We didn't say anything at the time as we were tired and at 9pm what could be done, we couldn't wait up for a plumber as we had an early start the next day and I was under the impression I'd booked the last room plus staff were busy in the pub. I did email the owner the next day who graciously said sorry.
