Not sure I had to fill out a form on arrival as I had booked through Booking.com so my details should have already been there.

Cooked breakfast.

No drinking water in room. Loud music until closing time. Bathroom floor needs heavy clean or replacing. Coffee machine dispersing water without Coffee. Wasted 6 pods and gave up in the end.

Super location close to the sea, good see view from our bedroom. Well furnished and equipped room, comfortable bed. Friendly welcome. A busy working pub - which may not suit everyone.

As the Blue Bell's breakfast club is very popular, and does not start until 0900, it was about 1000 by the time we had finished breakfast, so quite a chunk of morning already gone. Would be better if there was an 0800+ breakfast service for the 3(?) rooms at the pub. Paid car park behind pub, though free 1800-0800.

"Sparkly!"

Small, friendly, spotless. Beautiful room & bathroom. Excellent shower/bath, so sparkly clean, YOU won't want to leave it dirty!! :) Breakfast was so good... My husband said the veggie option was exceptional. Location: Step out for the short walk to the water! And breath!

The room although not very big had everything you needed. The fridge was a bonus & so was the fresh milk. The food is amazing, I had lamb from the special board & my husband had the home made pie. Breakfast was also superb, we both had the full English.

"Nice room above a local pub(good food) in the lovely seaside town of Emsworth."

Lovely, but small room so bit of a tight squeeze but we had a sea view from the window so that was a bonus. Good bathroom and shower.

Bit noisy at night as there is an outside decking area beneath the window.
