Not aware about parking. Carpark to the pub is payable but maximum stay is four hours!

"Relaxing, friendly, family run in a beautiful location"

It's a very friendly pub in a lovely location and the food is outstanding. Breakfast is served till 11am and a huge choice. Dinner also has many choices with a specials board too.

Friendly local pub, convenient location for exploring the small town of Emsworth and the coastline. Comfortable room, great bed and facilities - coffee maker, as well as kettle, TV and radio. Fantastic breakfast! Had dinner in the pub, which was also excellent.

Only one negative - the sink in the beautiful bathroom was tiny. Not a very good design for washing your face!
