Ty Cerrig seaside Annexe, New Quay

Overall the whole property was lovely. The bed was very comfortable, after a long day it's was lovely to have a good night sleep.

Very clean. Bus route basically across st. Owner very quick to respond.

It stated sea views but they were limited.

How modern and the lovely deco and design of the place

The whole place was clean except for Dog and human hair all over the bed sheets we slept on towels as there was so much hair on the bed did take pictures to show the host and they said they would let the cleaners know.

A 10 min walk into New Quay center or just £1.50 on the bus. Having the holiday park and all their facilities on the doorstep was smashing. The studio flat was finished to a very high standard.

Despite the beautiful fittings I still felt a bit like I was in some ones garage. The glass doors were very poor at keeping the road noise out.

Fantastic location. 10 min walk to the Beach and approx 20 mins into town

Couldn’t control the heating, this had been preset.

Great shower, clean, warm (however, no controls to the heating inside the annex - hosts control from the main house) great TV package. Host was friendly and in a good location.

Thought there was a separate bedroom from the living space and kitchen, pictuers quite misleading as described as 1 bedroom etc. Pull out bed was uncomfortable and so was the sofa to sit on. Pet policy a little unfair, wanting to feed the dog outside on the step. The drive isn't enclosed and its on a main road that is very busy - not safe or practical. No heating controls for the guest.
